This policy applies to AeroBooking, operated by SAAKYA CONSOLIDATED PTE LTD. SAAKYA CONSOLIDATED PTE LTD primarily delivers services digitally. Booking confirmations, invoices, vouchers, and travel documents are shared through email and/or customer communication channels as applicable.

2. Delivery Timeline

Most confirmations are delivered instantly after successful payment and supplier confirmation. In certain cases, delivery may be delayed due to supplier-side checks, payment verification, or operational review.

3. Physical Shipping

No physical shipment is made for standard travel bookings. If any physical document dispatch is required in exceptional cases, costs and timelines will be communicated in advance.
